In the end, 36 medals were awarded to official contestants, with the guest delegation of Ukraine winning 4 out of 7 gold medals. The best gold medalist and winner of BOI 2022 is Antoni Buraczewski (Poland).

The official final ranking, as well as tasks and solution descriptions, will be published after the online BOI 2022 mirror contest, which will take place at the upcoming weekend (May 7 and 8, 10:00-15:00 CEST / UTC+2 on each day).
